Social Media

There are tons of ways to keep up with friends and family these days. So many, in fact that the telephone seems to slipping off of my to-do list more and more (love that!) Letter writing has fallen by the wayside altogether.

I am wondering what types of social media you engage in.

This is all pretty new to me. Last year or so, my high school buddy "sent" me an email asking me to join Facebook. I was already using Classmates.com, but found it (and still do) to be annoying and cumbersome. I like something that is easy to use...and free. (does that make me cheap and easy? Don't tell Superman! He's still cool with the high maintenance thing. LOL)

I joined Facebook, against the advice of many people who warned me I would be stalked by exes. I have yet to be stalked that I know of (hi guys!)

Well, nowadays I am blogging more and reading more blogs... I am meeting so many people and the world is really opening up, ya know? It's just amazing to me what goes on right under our noses and we have no idea! So, I reluctantly joined Twitter. Last week. I know, I am slow. But really, it's very easy and it does not feel like an obligation as I had feared. So now that twitter isn't so scary anymore, I am thinking about some of these other things I see everywhere:
