Let's Call it: I LOVE EMBELLISHMENTS
This project is all about fabric.
I wanted to share a little something I just recently discovered. Maybe you know about it already? I don't know how this product had escaped my watchful eye, but it had.
Then again, I used to think I was crafty till I saw some of the projects some of you all are doing!
Holy Moly! You humble me.

and a close-up:
I started this project in September of 2008! (you read that right)
I got bored of hand-sewing the ribbons, so I stuffed it in a drawer
(it was too big for her then, so I wasn't in a hurry.)
Last week, I pulled it out, thinking it would be perfect complement to the pettiskirt. I sewed on ONE ribbon and realized the project would never get finished at this rate...
That's when I remembered this: my newest secret weapon. I discovered Fabri-Tac when watching a tutorial on making those adorable rolled flower embellishments. {love}
This stuff is so awesome!
Notice the first line: Fast grab, quick dry.
Why, that is music to a crafters ears! :)
And it is PERMANENT. Meaning: you can wash it!
And now, my bloggy buddies, I will reveal something I NEVER reveal: the backside of my work.

Are you ready for this?
It literally took minutes to attach the zebra-striped ribbon! And isn't it cute? There are probably going to be a lot more cute "customizations" going on around here now that I know about this stuff!
PS. I got mine at Wal-Mart in the craft aisle.

Very cute, Crafty Mama!
Aren't you miss crafty? I love it.
That is seriously cute! So is her hat!!
Excellent! I am going to give that a try!!
Love it!! Your model is adorable by the way. Thanks for dtopping by and your sweet words. Love your blog!!
Super cute!!! I love it! Very creative. That glue is the best. I've used it to "sew" curtain panels before! No one ever knew the difference :-)
OMG for a sew-a-phobic like me, that is MAGIC! I love you for that! I'm going out hunting for it tomorrow! And you're totally welcome for the award - you pretty much rock. ;-)
I love the embellishment and the glue! I have something I really want to make, but I cannot sew. I think you've just given me an awesome new approach.
oh very nice!!! I wish I had creative talent like that!
