Like or Dislike?

I can't decide about this shot. There is something so...quieting about it.
I love the over exposure and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dog in the background guarding the kids. Some would say it is a bad snapshot, but there is an artistic quality to it. What do you think? Like or Dislike?
